I would never buy anything else from this store. We purchased a 2017 lincoln continental from Tommy Stewart. We paid $70k for the car. We kept it one month, my mom passed away so we didn't need the car anymore. The car had 1059 miles on it and they would only give us $50k for the car. I let another dealer buy it back from us and they gave us $10k more for the car than what East Carolina Lincoln would give us. I'm very unhappy with their service.
So thankful to my salesman Brian Pierce for helping me find a perfect car I love!! He wasn't pushy or intimidating and made the whole process so easy. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. Thanks, y'all!
