Contact with the sales rep was spotty at best. While I understand they cannot control bank rates, then can work on pricing. I was looking at a specific truck and they refused to budge on the price. I even went as far to tell them I could buy it cheaper elsewhere or buy a different brand with the same options for less, with a better interest rate. They still didnt care. Looks like I’ll stick to Fords!

So we book an appt via phone to come down and see a specific car. We get there around 6pm, fighting rush hour traffic in the dark. When we get there, the car is not only 'ready' for us, it had a missing bumper, and had a sticker on the front window, NOT FOR SALE. I was SHOCKED!, and told the sales person and his manager this. While very apologetic, they promised they would call us the second it was out of the shop with a fixed bumper. They never called! One of the absolute best experiences we had had buying a vehicle!!! Chip, Matt, Greg, and Earl Clark were all great....answered our questions, got us exactly what we wanted. Everyone there was great to deal with, helpful and responsive! Definitely plan to do more business here in the future and recommend others do the same!
