My husband and I just bought our 3rd vehicle from here. The employees are always pleasant and easy to work with. We have never been disappointed by this dealership like some of the other dealerships in Greenville. We will definitely come back again when looking for vehicles in the future. I'm loving my new Dodge Durango! It's exactly what I was looking for.
Out of the blue my insurance informed me that my van had a safety recall. Not only did these wonderful people get me in immediately. But the service was super fast and done perfectly. Pretty sure when I'm ready to get a new SUV. I'll try there first. :)
The service was quick. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They were able to do all the work I needed and on a Saturday! They also gave my Jeep Patriot a complete multipoint inspection and recommend items to be serviced soon. Even found a nail in a tire and plugged it. Thanks for the efficiency!
These people set up an appointment to fix what was wrong with my car and when we wasted our time and gas getting there they told us it was our probem because we had a new sales person. I do not recommend these crooks to anybody!!!
I'm visiting from Fort Knox, my niece was in Vidant for a week so we came down to see her. My transmission went out the next day (October 5th). I brought it here and they checked it, called me and said they weren't sure what was wrong, a flash test might work but it's $85, what choice did I have? I said yes.
