I am from a medical facility and unable to reach by phone since 8am Wednesday. How is this acceptable? Patients are relying on us!

I am VERY claustrophobic. The open upright MRI was wonderful. Felt very at ease. The tv in front of me helped also. Especially watching brad Pitt 😃

Do not expect to be treated with any respect. My MRI was cancelled without even a phone call. This was my first MRI after having a kidney and a half removed because of cancer. As you can imagine it is a pretty stressful MRI. They assured me on the phone on Friday that my MRI was scheduled for Monday, was told they had to call my doctor but not to worry, my MRI was still on. After driving an hour and a half to get here they told me I wasn't scheduled and then that they talked to my doctor and told them they couldn't do an MRI... read more
Nothing but a pleasant experience. A CD was given to us before we left the facility. They also faxed the doctor a copy of the report.
