Donna Alexander represented the seller in our purchase of a home in East Beach in April. She was very unprofessional and lied about the condition of the pool. Donna has been avoiding our realtor and refuses to rectify the situation. I have had to contact the closing attorney and will be filing a lawsuit against her and East Beach Realty. Again, this realty company is unprofessional and not trustworthy.
I wasnt in their office, I was across the street building some condos. Cute little place from the outside...
I cannot say enough good things about Mary Ann Fagan and East Beach Realty! She has been the most responsive and hard working agent we have ever worked with. She effectively facilitated repairs to our vacant home while we lived out of the area and was fantastic at identifying competent and skilled individuals or companies to address the various issues.
