I had my car broken into in the early morning and Vetro Auto Glass was able to fit me in. They even had the OEM glass I wanted for my car, and everything went smoothly! Luis and his team were quick and friendly.
Luis was my original service technician and he was amazing. He and Omar came out before the end of my work day to get it all taken care of! It was great to feel like they really cared about making sure I had the best experience possible! Later on I found that the mirror plastic wasn’t seated correctly and Luis made another trip out to me to fix it! He apologized for the inconvenience and that they stand by our work and it shows in every exchange with them. Would highly recommend them to any and all who may need a service.
