Good range of cardio equipment to support the classes but mainly free and body weight exercises. Coaches help ensure form is correct.
Best gym in Sonoma! I’ve done crossfit for years and this community is the best. They have “crosshit” classes daily as well, so lots of options for everyone and very welcoming to new people! Check out the schedule, easy to drop in if you don’t live in town. Highly recommend, I love being a member at EA’s.
The atmosphere in this gym is inviting, knowledgeable, and kind. I enjoy working out here because I have become physically and mentally stronger. The coaches are awesome and I know that I will always have a good laugh and a great workout.
