We had severe rat activity in our business office and had to hire Earthwise after our first pest control company could not follow through with showing up as scheduled. Their customer service is top of the line, as well as their communication and availability. We were extremely pleased how their office went above and beyond as a standard practice. Their prices are not cheap but the services and quality that are included are well worth it. Highly recommend to try these guys first!
I found the technicians to be of the highest quality in knowledge and professionalism. They worked tirelessly and answered my many questions in a friendly manner. I look forward to their subsequent visits.

Absolutely wonderful people, everyone from the person doing quotes to every single person we talked on the phone with, the technicians actually doing the treatment (sadly I can't remember names besides Caitlyn who helped us end our contract) we have received nothing but kindness and great service. Both Chris and Chris were great! They were thorough in their work, answered all my questions, were knowledgeable and detail oriented, and explained what they did to take care of our drywood termite issue. We felt reassured by their work and attention. Would definitely recommend Earthwise!
