Earthco has cost me 10’s of thousands of dollars by blocking my driveway. This has been going on for 6 years. I spoke with the arbor manager today and he told me that I just live there and I am not the HOA or the property management company. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
My HOA hired this company recently to replace the former landscapers, who were doing great work. I've noticed that Earth Co's employees take 3-4x as long as the competition to get the same work done, meaning that we have to listen to their equipment multiple days a week for hours on end. The former landscapers only had to visit one day per week to get everything done properly. This is a major factor when one considers the comfort of the residents where landscapers are working.
