I always order Smoothie from Earth Bar at Equinox, and in every branch it’s consistent — except in Marina. This branch is the worst by far. All three staff members here fail to meet the required standard: some add extra ingredients, others skip parts of the recipe, and none of them follow the proper rules. Management can easily confirm this by checking the cameras — each employee makes the smoothie differently, with no consistency or quality control.
