The girl with the curly hair and nose ring is horrible. Every interaction when I approach the counter she has the worst attitude and complains about having to do her job. Good morning, I’ve been coming to this location many times, and I really love supporting Earthbar. However, this Saturday morning, 09/12, I ordered this smoothie, and unfortunately, the taste was not good. The customer service was also very disappointing. I’m sorry to say this After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable coming back anymore. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve the experience for your customers.

She was standing two feet away empty handed with gloves on and could have easily dealt with it herself. I picked it up again and set it two feet closer above the glass guard. She proceeded to pour the contents of the original... read more
