my company ended our account with this water company in July 2022. Earth20 never came to pick up their equipment which is taking up so much space in our supply closet that our new water company is unable to deliver water TO CHILDREN. Earth20 is aware that kids are not receiving water because of their equipment being left behind. I was told they would pick up on 7/7, 7/14, 7/28 and no one ever showed on any of those days and no follow up was made as to why or to reschedule. Your drivers are so inconsiderate, I am not a customer but continue to get my drive way blocked, this time it went to far. I tried waiting for him to move he clearly new he was blocking my drive way and as he pulled away was laughing about it..
Reaching anyone over the phone is very difficult, but our delivery man, Rob, is the most phenomenal guy. He always goes above and beyond for us. If it weren't for him, I'd give one star, but you guys have an awesome employee! Thanks for everything, Rob!
