Peoria Kia - service stinks this dealership was horrible. they should receive negative stars. They told us the deal was declined, we asked for our car back, all of suddent the dead deal is back on. We had to fight to not finance a warranty we didn't even need, and we are still phoning them because they haven't paid off our old car, and now we are forced to make payments on two cars. HORRIBLE !!!! -But the kia car is nice.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Peoria Kia They have errors in their pricing all over their website. They say the car is one price, then you go in and drive it, and after saying I wanted the car, they told me they couldn't sell it for their asking price. What the heck!? I offered to pay ASKING price, what was listed on the internet? Shady folks will do anything to get you down there, then they try and pin you down and force feed a sale to you. Don't trust these scammers.
sorento Our serento has been a major problem.We have been stranded 3 times in this brand new suv.I can not tell you how upset we are about buying this car.We were told this car was a very reliable car.Now they want to give us a lesser car and go through the financing all over again.We have a 1 year old girl that has had to sit in 106 degree heat with my fiance,stranded for 2 hours before they could get help.This has happened twice with the baby in the car.Think 2 or 3 times before buying this vehicle.And the management and t... read more

Kia Dealership Okay we bought a Kia Sedona minivan from them...LOVE the van BTW, but the dealership didn't come through on many of the things they were supposed to and just overall bad customer service, once we signed on the dotted line!!
Peoria Kia is OK Maintenance and repair have been great with this dealership. Prices are standard. I really liked the gal they had writing up the maintenance orders. She was very knowledgeable. By the way, the initial sale years ago was hard core and they lied about financing options. We wanted to go with our credit union and they said we could not. They are good about sending out coupons for routine maintenance.

Notta Want to really see what this dealership is like? Walk away the first time they want to make a sale, see how their tune changes when you return. One day I'm quoted 12% interest and when I returned they charged me 22% interest...I didn't think their words would differ from mouth to paper. No I'm not the greatest car buyer in the world...I'll never go alone again. I surely don't recommend them. If you are a new car buyer don't go there, find a place with some integrity.
