"NO Bull" experience... Our BEST experience ever! My wife and I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty from Earnhardt today and had the luck to have Arthur Quezada as our salesman. I must say that now after purchasing 3 vehicles from Ace Earnhardt with the help of his assistant Joel DeLaRosa. Do not ever buy a vehicle from Earnhardt Chrysler in AZ especially the Dodge Journey. My mother purchased this car with a 6 yr extended drive train warranty so I could go to my cancer treatment in another city. Now my less than 3 year old car still looks great is giant pile of garbage. They would not honor the warranty and from what I hear from other customers is that they will find any way to get out of it. They were terrible at returning phone calls and sometimes never did.
