When Phillip Earnest first started this business, he and it were great. Now that they have grown and moved over to their present location, the level of customer service has dropped drastically. The front office receptionist (Vickie Spinks) does a fabulous job of holding the front end together. But as for further down the gutter, that is where the problems lay. Nice guys, great local company to work with. Work was completed quickly and turned out beautifully.
Great company, wonderful people. Love our new roof. I would recommend to anyone. Only reason I didn't give them the full five stars is we never received the military rebate we were promised if we went with this type of roof.
