I made 4 contact attempts over a one week timeframe. I called 3 times and left messages. Filled out the online contact form on their website for the 4th attempt. It has been A WEEK and no one ever called me back. I'm disappointed, but it's most likely for the best.

Mike and his Team did a great job on my elderly mom’s home in Kerrville, Texas! I live in Huntsville, and Mike and I were able to coordinate, get pricing, decide on materials and get the job completed in a timely fashion without me having to be there. He completely over saw our job and sent pictures to keep me updated on the progress. I would highly recommend Ernest roofing and their team. They take care of you like family. Thanks again Mike for a great job!

Well, I left several phone messages over more than a week and even went in person to the business in case my calls were not getting through. I was told that my calls were received. Still waiting, so today called over to tri- county .... great customer service. ...and right away. I totally understand being busy, but 2weeks and no call is a little ridiculous. Disappointed in Earnest Roofing.
