Very good at getting the pictures and information I needed for the vehicle I I inquired about. Even offered to do a video drive of the car being driven and showing that all the windows and stuff work . We are still in the process of making a deal due to seeing how shipping it to the midwest Wisconsin.
Working with Martin was a very enjoyable experience! He made the whole pro ess go very smoothly and quick.
RecommendedGot a nice Dodge Ram truck form these guys, Had a little problem with it a few hours later but Martin and the awesome staff at Earnest Autos took care of it no problem.My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

I bought a 2007 chevy silverado in jan. Now having issues, they dont tell you honestly, battery has issues replaced and not tightened right, died after 3 days, today died at gas station, came to not tighten and bent my passenger side hood spring after arguing with me. Jarmey tightened and found out i can use my warranty elsewhere. Im Not one bit impressed with them and wouldnot Recommend Earnest Auto Sales.
They are the best in roseburg! I have gotten 2 cars off there lot. they have been great both times and when it comes to another car I would go back again. hands down best customer service I have had!
Went in yesterday to get a new (to me) car since mine was broken down and Martin made it so smooth and easy for us! Left with a beautiful car and am so in love with it! Highly recommend this as the best dealership around and I’ll only be coming here for my needs as long as they’re here 🙌🏻🚗
