the best used car dealership in Oregon
I bought a 2007 chevy silverado in jan. Now having issues, they dont tell you honestly, battery has issues replaced and not tightened right, died after 3 days, today died at gas station, came to not tighten and bent my passenger side hood spring after arguing with me. Jarmey tightened and found out i can use my warranty elsewhere. Im Not one bit impressed with them and wouldnot Recommend Earnest Auto Sales.
They are the best in roseburg! I have gotten 2 cars off there lot. they have been great both times and when it comes to another car I would go back again. hands down best customer service I have had!
Went in yesterday to get a new (to me) car since mine was broken down and Martin made it so smooth and easy for us! Left with a beautiful car and am so in love with it! Highly recommend this as the best dealership around and I’ll only be coming here for my needs as long as they’re here 🙌🏻🚗
Absolutely amazed at how much they were willing to help me get into a car. "I don't care what happens, you're driving off with that car today" he (Martin) said. And he wasn't lying in the slightest. Road block after road block but guess what? I drove off with a car I never thought I'd be able to own. Definitely recommending to anybody I know looking for a new ride.
Do not recommend this car lot. We bought a dodge Cummins from here and as soon as we took it off the lot the check engine light came on and it started acting all weird. Earnest was suppose to fix whatever is wrong with the truck and it took a month or so to get him to do it and it still is having problems.
I went to Earnest Auto Sales without even deciding whether or not I wanted to buy a vehicle. I fell in love with a particular SUV and the salesman, Martin, was truly incredible. I've bought from a couple of different car lots before, but I've never received customer service like that. Every single member for the team was amazing!
