Being a first time home buyer I can not express how much Tim ***** has helped alleviate many of my concerns. I previously used an inspector my realtor recommended. I did not find him personable, short with answers and he seemed to be in a rush. This made me uneasy. On my next property inspection I asked for a recommendation from a friend (who is a Custom Home builder ) and he said Tim!
