Lack of Professionalism: This company performed a home inspection on my house and damaged several items in my home that I now have to pay qualified contractors to come out and repair. They blew the A/C breaker when re-installing the panel and put in the notes of their home inspection poor design on the panel really??? I had to call an electrician and pay emergency cost on a weekend b/c of their negligence. Tim and Paul have done 2 home inspections on possible home purchases even though we had issues getting in to the homes and I was upset they spoke in such a calm tone and said dont worry we can come back and they did. the weather was of course cold..windy. and rainy and at no time did they complain about anything..they were both professional....funny and informative. they explained things to my husband and I. not only did they explain it they even told us how to fix a few things..small items...ya know the kind I might even be... read more

As an agent, this is the kind of Home Inspection company that I enjoy working with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were flexible when I needed them to be and I enjoyed that they encouraged my client to be present for the inspection, so they could explain things to them and make them part of the process. Any promise they made, they kept! I would use them again and again!

Professional friendly extremely knowledgeable I've bought and sold at least 12 houses in my life this was by far the best overall Home Inspection I've ever had they saved me $10,000 at closing. Has my absolute recommendation.

Great service! Tim was available almost immediately, and delivered a quick and very thorough inspection. I'm living overseas right now and appreciated the extensive look that he gave the house we are in the process of buying it gave me piece of mind to get his report and to speak with him over the phone. Tim and Paul are excellent inspectors. This is my second house they have inspected. They are through and concise. For me, they take the time to go over different ideas that add value to the houses that I buy. On the previous house, their one suggestion added $60,000 to the house value. Hard to beat that! Jim

Tim ***** is a gem! A very personable gem. He did a house inspection for my granddaughter at my request. There were considerable extenuating circumstances. Once I explained my needs, it was as though he considered me and my granddaughter as his own family. I believe he went far beyond what might be reasonably expected. He spent much time with her and made sure she understood exactly the condition he found her house to be in, explaining things in great detail.
