Early Bird's staffing is unreliable. They had 2 RBTs quit on my child before they even started and when one was finally assigned they abruptly reassigned her without a replacement.

I am leaving this review, because I feel that children who need this service need to be in the best care possible. I do not feel that the current staff especially the one that is the scheduler or the one in charge should be working with children with special needs.I do not recommend sending a child with a behavior disorder to a facility that does not have an understanding that these children have behavior issues. My child did attend this facility and within a 3 month span they let go of 2 people that was actually beneficial ... read more

I do not recommend taking your children here. The standard of care for clients at this company is bare minimum and the therapy provided is less than satisfactory, bordering unethical. They do not pay or treat employees well and aren’t a company I would want to be involved with.

We had such an amazing experience for our daughter over the years we did ABA with Early Birds! We will always be extremely grateful for our therapists and everything we conquered and learned!! It was huge having a support team work with us (and felt like family!) Our daughter wouldn’t be where she is now if it wasn’t for the work we did with our therapists. We learned many strategies to help her navigate preschool, work through hard moments, navigate social settings, and celebrate all the wins big and small. There are so man... read more
