Plumbing issues usually result in a bit of stress. Jason R. arrived and was immediately warm and friendly. He explained the approach would be to start with the most cost effective method first. He explained things as he went and I even learned about why they wear ugly gloves. We appear to be very fortunate this time with a blockage that the snake cleared.
