Plumbing issues usually result in a bit of stress. Jason R. arrived and was immediately warm and friendly. He explained the approach would be to start with the most cost effective method first. He explained things as he went and I even learned about why they wear ugly gloves. We appear to be very fortunate this time with a blockage that the snake cleared. Jason Reid was my plumber today. He was very personable with, quite obviously, a lot of plumbing experience behind him. He gave me options but was not at all pushy. He even checked my water heater for water leaks and gas leaks as well before he left. I will definitely use Earl’s Performance Plumbing again and will ask for Jason. P. Thompson

I highly recommend Earl’s Performance Plumbing!! Ask for Jason R. He was fast and efficient and at the same time was willing to take the time to explain things he was doing and why he was doing them. Very friendly!!

We were able to get a same day appointment. Jason Reid showed up at the very front end of his quoted time frame. He was very courteous and respectful. He listened to the problem and location, presented our options and prices BEFORE starting the work, was very careful not to track anything nasty into the house, executed the job quickly and correctly, and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the job, start to finish!
