Our "best" lawn program includes; cut lawn short, dethatch (2 directions if needed), mow again, core aeration (2 directions), apply lime, run our slit seeder machine to place the premium seed directly into the soil, apply starter fertilizer, add thin layer of topdressing, rake in and light leveling, roll lawn with heavy roller.
