I highly recommend Earle Properties. It is a great management company. Jason is very personable and a great landlord. The company is extremely responsive to maintenance requests and proactive with landscaping and other services they offer. Youssef and Wissam also do an excellent job whenever they have to do repairs around the house.
Earle properties definitely feels like a native Austin company. Jason is super friendly and communicative, and Youssef & Wassim are the best! There’s always a super quick turnaround on any maintenance requests. Highly recommend these well kept properties!
I recently had an emergency with my dishwasher and was able to get Youssef over to my place in record time, which was greatly appreciated! Youssef has been doing repair work for me for over 20 years, and has always been knowledgeable and courteous! Thank you, Dolores
I’ve been a renter with Earle Properties for almost a year now and so far, it’s been great. Easy communication with the management. And the maintenance guys are fantastic! Youssef and Wissam are on top of it and show up to appointments on time.
So far I've had a great experience with Earle Properties, from touring and going through the leasing process to maintenance, etc. They're super responsive and very proactive about maintaining the house (i.e coming by to cover our pipes before a storm, etc.). We haven't had any issues that weren't quickly resolved and it always feels like you're talking to and being treated like a real person, which is definitely not true of many property management companies.
