This was the first time I have been to a podiatrist and there was no exam done on my feet, nor did they massage my feet or cut the toe nails. He looked at my feet for less than a minute and walked out. Had the assistant come back in saying, if you want us to treat your foot, you have to pay 'x' $ because your insurance only covers the office visit. I actually thought that Dr. Jacobson was very pleasant and helpful when we first met. That all changed today when I had to return my orthodics because they rubbed in the wrong spot and made my toe feel worse. I have had these orthodcs for some time and wore them comfortably in most of my shoes. But I injured my big toe and he decided to augment them to take the pressure off. emergency visit. had a horrible ingrown that needed a nail evulsion. saw the doctor, he was fantastic, made my way out of the patient room to the front desk counter *** AND SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED a total of what my (patient responsibility) was. I was given $100. I paid it. Should have been the end of it. Several months later, I start receiving a bill stating that my patient co insurance was not met. Dr. Jacobson has been my podiatrist for many, many years. He's thorough, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. I trust him and his staff and highly recommend his practice.

I want to begin by saying that the women in his office are the nicest, friendliest most helpful staff I have encountered in Vegas. I actually thought that Dr. Jacobson was also very pleasant and helpful when we first met. I had a great experience with Dr. Jacobson when I experienced a foot injury during my vacation here. His office is well equipped and he use Xray and sonogram to confirm his diagnosis. I am very thankful that he saved my vacation.

old school doctor, he sits and talks with you, not afraid to touch you to evaluate your condition., try everything before surgery. surgery worked out great.
