This company was great!! I called with a water heater leaking and not only did i get same day service they also treated it like it was an emergency even though it was only leaking a little. They were also very helpful when it came to my questions about warranty as well. My drain was clock with hair. He took the top off, pulled out the hair put it back on. 3 min worth of work they charge \$97.50 for. They sent me an invoice with no itemize listing just one that siad misc. for the amount. When I called and asked hot they determine the charges they said that is was a combination of parts and labor-??????
