Oh my gosh Rio my sentiments exactly. The same experience happened to me. The office is unprofessional. They lost my X-ray twice. They never answer their phone. I’ve tried for a year still no answer. When I finally saw the Dr Freymiller I had to wait for a whole hour. He didn’t even go through my history he just said He could do jaw surgery without even speaking to me. Run as fast as u can and never look back.
