I am a first time patient at this practice. My appointment time was 8:15 AM and I arrived early to fill out the new patient information. I was seen promptly at 8:17 AM. The procedure from the front desk personnel, initial seating, ear test to consultation with Dr. Derek Handzo was very professional and thorough. Dr. Scapini told us that our toddler would need to have a biopsy done. He said that someone would be calling to schedule that procedure, but no one ever called. I don't know if he failed to write the order for the biopsy or if his staff failed to contact us, but when you tell someone that their child needs to have a biopsy to rule out cancer there should be a little follow up at the very least!
