I brought my son in to be seen for dizziness and ear pain. They got him in on a cancellation. The staff was nice and the wait wasn't too bad. The doctor listened to my concerns. He took care of the problem in just 1 visit. My son hasn't had a problem since. Thank you!
Saw our primary as a squeeze in early this afternoon. She did the best she could but couldn't remove the wax, called Ear Nose and Throat people who called us back in minutes to set an appointment for today. Just got back home from there. Appointment was actually on time, even as a squeeze in. Hub's ear is now wax free and he can hear again. Like the attitude Dr Yu has. Straight to the point, no nonsense. If more stars were available they would get them.
In my opinion, Dr. Schroeder is the best! He was able to diagnose a rare condition that I had, and he pretty much saved my life, as my trachea was closing off, and I was having a terrible time breathing! He is experienced, and that's most likely the reason for him being familiar with my condition. He spent ample time with me, and I have never felt rushed by him. Had a fantastic experience of two surgeries through ENT Consultants of NV with Dr. Goll. He was so professional, kind, and efficient. Staff was always friendly and I never had to wait. Everything happened just as they said it would. Plus, I'm cured!! Thumbs up for Dr. Goll and staff!
I have to say is that this was a great experience considering it's a doctors office. Obviously nobody likes to go to the doctor, and nobody likes to get poked and prodded especially by specialist. However this was a very clean and beautiful office. The staff is super friendly the doctor was amazing and essentially I got out very quickly. Very impressed with Dr. Goll. I recommend to see him if asked. Very professional, informative and friendly. Felt like a long time family doctor even though I just met him.
