Turned away after 3 year process to fix my ears over SECOND 60 dollar copay IN 24 hours. I went to dr. Dolittle with lifelong ear infections ( I’m 32) my ears don’t function right end of story. We do the tubes we know it’s a temporary fix and that later I would probably try the ballon thing, apparently I owe 500 dollars. I’ve not once received a bill from the office. It was mentioned I owed money a month ago. I am not going anywhere.. or atleast I wasn’t. This is the PURE GREED that is rotting the American healthcare system.... read more
Dr Brown was very caring and patient. Everyone in the office was very nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Do not recommend going here. Like others have experienced, I was charged a $75 no-show fee for an appointment I was specifically told not to attend. Out of courtesy, I called the office to let them know we would be a few minutes late—just five minutes. They placed me on hold to check with the clinician, then returned to say we could not be seen and would need to reschedule. When I asked about their late arrival policy, they declined to provide it.
