Do not recommend going here. Like others have experienced, I was charged a $75 no-show fee for an appointment I was specifically told not to attend. Out of courtesy, I called the office to let them know we would be a few minutes late—just five minutes. They placed me on hold to check with the clinician, then returned to say we could not be seen and would need to reschedule. When I asked about their late arrival policy, they declined to provide it. I've been a patient for about 2 years.. Recently, they arbitrarily changed an appointment for an audio test without my consent. I had scheduled the appointment a week prior to getting my hearing aids calibrated, as I use the results chart from the audio test for my hearing aid specialist. They called me back and told me that they could not schedule the test until after my hearing aid calibration appointment, which did me no good. A month ago, I called on Friday to set up an appointment for my daughter. They tell me they had Monday morning. I said “sure let’s do that.” They said I need to give them a credit card to make it official. I say “I’m driving, but if you hang on one minute I’m parking and can get that to you.” The guy says “I’m going to need to put you on hold”. So I hold for a good 10-15 minutes.
