I had what felt like water in my ear for over two months. Dr. D was able to identify the issue and provided helpful feedback to remedy all of my concerns. The office staff were exceptionally pleasant with me in a very clean and professional office also. I highly recommend!

Two visits, no help. First appointment lasted about 15 minutes and resulted in a CT scan. Second appointment lasted about 10 minutes, and I was told “I see nothing” and asked if I wanted a second opinion. I still have the same ear/neck issue — no explanation, no treatment plan, no medication, no follow‑up. I will proceed with the second opinion myself. If you’re considering this office, skip straight to a second opinion. It will save you time and money. Very disappointing experience.

I had to pull my child out of this practice because of the front staff/management, and it’s a shame because we really liked his doctor. The front staff is rude, lies, and illegally bills patients. It is legally required that they provide you with a good faith estimate for out of pocket expenses, which they do not do. ENT specialist, Dr. Tom Costello, impressed me as very caring, empathic and invested in his patients. My symptoms are a bit perplexing and he was quite willing to investigate to make a careful and thorough assessment. Highly recommend.
