The check in people are fine and even the one who came in before the Dr. The Dr was the problem. My son is 2 and he's had two ear infections the past two months and every sign in the book that he can't hear well, but hereditary wise his father also had mucas in his ears at the same age. We went in and she checked his ears after like 8 days of him being on antibiotics saying his ears are fine and she doesn't think they were ever infected. Everytime i come here I'm waiting 30 mins to over an hour for my appointment. They have zero respect for their patients time.

I saw Doctor Harbart today for a wellness check. She wanted to use a camera up my nose to check for a sinus infection. I was agreeable. However, when she got so far up, it became very uncomfortable. I asked her to stop. She didn't stop. She pushed further and further up my nose to the point where I almost grabbed her arms. Instead, I grabbed the seat I was sitting on, and slid out of my chair.
