No help, with limited empathy for my ongoing ear issues. Very little time spent evaluating my problem. Highly disappointing and disheartening.
The check in people are fine and even the one who came in before the Dr. The Dr was the problem. My son is 2 and he's had two ear infections the past two months and every sign in the book that he can't hear well, but hereditary wise his father also had mucas in his ears at the same age. We went in and she checked his ears after like 8 days of him being on antibiotics saying his ears are fine and she doesn't think they were ever infected.
