Natalie the receptionist works here is top notch. She treats every patient so kindly and she’s extra sweet to the elderly. Love this place!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We waited an hour and a half for the doctor to just come in and look in my husbands ears and say he didn’t have any built up wax in them and then recommended a hearing test. They are just after money wanting people to go get tests done they don’t need. My husband is in a wheel chair and sat uncomfortably for that long for nothing. Dr. Howell is a very nice Christian man & a wonderful surgeon. However, the wait time to see him is unacceptable. I had an appointment at 1:30 this past Monday & sat in the waiting room for an hour. I did go up to check & was told I would get a room soon. I sat in the room exactly 60 minutes before Dr. Howell came in. Fortunately, my thyroid scan & bloodwork were good & I don’t go back for six months & I saw Dr. Howell for maybe ten minutes.
