Went to ENT office on 2340 Knob Creek road and I was in the office one hour. I went out to ask when the doctor will be in, and the answer was " soon" . I never had such experience, so my husband got up and we left. The receptionist Ana told me that this is usual waiting time " an hour or more" also when requested to talk with the office manager, Ana said " you are willing to wait for the manager but not for the doctor " If after 1 hour and 15 minutes to the doctor didn't show up, sorry but I have no respect for him.
