I have lived at Eagle's Pointe now for almost 3 years and I have really enjoyed it! Anytime there has been a maintenance issue it has been fixed quickly and correctly. I had a recurring maintenance problem about a year ago and they did not give up until they figured out what was causing the problem and I have not had that same issue again. Michelle does a great job as the apartment manager! I have never had any problems with my neighbors other than a little noise once in a while.
