Welcome to the worst apartments i have ever lived in. In 17 years of my adult life living all over the united states, I have never encountered a place with such abysmal communication, bare minimum effort, and poor quality. If you want bug infestations, no calls/emails returned that dont involve cc’ing a regional manager, dog feces all over the place, weed smoke swamping your apartment, and 2 overworked maintenance guys tasked with using the poorest/cheapest fixes, then this is the place for you. Awful complex and awful management. Their policy is to charge everyone a non-refundable fee, money hungry. Before applying everything seemed great and I was told that there’s a discount and how the unit is remodeled. Once I applied, they started mentioning different fees including a risk fee which I have never in my life have heard of that after renting in different states.
