The office lady Lisa Cortez was very rude and obnoxious getting frustrated with a potential resident for asking questions about leasing a unit should not be an issue I was very excited about signing today and she was very nice yesterday when I came to tour now today complete different attitude glad I didn’t move in can’t imagine what it’s like dealing with them on daily basis.
My review is going to count , I should up for my scheduled tour I was informed of a price. Good price, next thing out of the ladies mouth was we add on over $200 dollars in extra fees for various expenses. Now, disappointment doesn't begin to describe my feelings. Over 19 percent in fees, the governor should investigate. I hope they quit scamming people.
