I’ve lived here for about 9 months, it has been amazing! We of course would rather live in a house, but this apartment has treated us well so far. They management payed for the paint for us so we could apply a fresh coat of paint to our whole apartment (it was way to dark of a color for us)! Everyone here is super friendly and after we initially came to look at the apartments available, we were in the one we wanted within a week!
Lived in 2 of their apartment's so far. 1st one was ok. Second one is fantastic. Prices are still high but its Colorado so they are priced well for that. Maintenance guy is amazing. For some reason management is hard to get a hold of. Tried several times to get through on a couple occasions and it takes a while to hear back. Up to a week. Currently on day 3 of waiting for another Maintenance call. But management is super friendly when we see them and do everything they can to make sure tenants are happy. Lived here for 4 years, great place to be. Tenants and management are helpful and friendly. The floor plan is very functional. Right next to the lake and park. Highly recommend this complex!

Lived there for 4 1/2 years it was great! The owners are super friendly, and the location is prime. It's close to the lake, so during summer and fall you can walk to all the festivites. And the community is super welcoming as well as being in a great neighborhood. This is a place to rent in Windsor especially if you commute between towns or like a small town.
