Just drove by the place to check it out as I am looking for a new apartment. I saw a homeless man in front of the resident parking going through his bag. There are broken down RVs parked on the same street as the complex. This would account for some of the homeless that have been reported to have broken into the units. Driving through, I counted maybe 3 reciprocal areas, with at least one garbage bag on the ground by each.
(NEW PICS FROM 2024 AT BOTTOM #11-23) it's been months and the window that was broken and bloody still hasn't been fixed since November 2023, and although the doors have been replaced the locks have been broken yet again by "same person who broke the door last time did it again" according to management. the hallways smell like drugs, pee and garbage and seems like nobody cares!! even though I have called multiple times. the cord in the hallway was plugged in by one of the many homeless people that come in and trash that midd... read more

Yo estoy muy agusto aquí con mi familia esperamos que en tiempo que la piscina esté abierta no vuelta a gritarmer como tuve la experiencia el años pasado de la administración pasada y que tome nota que tenemos una aria verder muy bonita y que los que tiene perrito recojan los residuos ya que muchas beses emos tenido el mal gusto que nos untamos los zapatos ya que nos gusta difrutar con mi familia el aria verder
