The assistant manager Andrea Lopez had an affair with the maintenance guy. Also both married at the time. Very professional !! 😱 Andrea took a truck from a tenant for not paying rent,old Rodeo and gave it to him for own transportation. When they split, she evicted him and fired him.
Oh and their office!! Thats where our money is going. We have no gym.... Been here two years... And the facility is always packed with crap like storage!! I think EVERYONE SHOULD GET MONEY BACK. ESPECIALLY SINCE LAST SUMMER THE POOL WAS ONLY OPEN FOR A MONTH CAUSE THEY ARE SO FUCKING LAZY. Only ONE matininece man and he does Alllllll the work. Thank god for him.
Take caution in your decision to live here!!! There have been improvements but take heed. Roaches and crime are still MAJOR problems. This current staff seems better, but VERIFY information that is given. Sometimes what one person says, someone else will say differently and it almost never lands in your favor. I finally was able to move, but the gate stayed broken and people can come in whenever. There are also more unsavory tenants moving in.
If you own a vehicle I advise you to buy the bar because it will get stolen we had that happened to us twice 3x my bad and people get their windows broken out with their tires slashed and the apartments do nothing
