RecommendedWe took a one week trip to the Great Smoky Mountains on two BMW R 1200 GS LC from Eaglerider Atlanta. Their service was outstanding, everything from the online reservation to the return of the rental bikes was handled perfectly. Great staff, they even took the extra time to copy out preplanned routes to the GPS device and provided equipment for an additional passenger. Definitely a recommendation!
I took a trip from Atlanta to Chicago, to Milwaukee to Jacksonville, FL through Deals Gap and Graceland, then the Ohio Valley and back through i-24 and the passes west of Lookout Mountain. It took no time to get out the door during checkout. The trip was a great time. The BMW 1200RT performed flawlessly and was an amazing choice. This was my 2nd year renting and the bike (2010 Yamaha FJR1300) performed flawlessly. I took it for 4 days up into the mountains of North Georgia and North Carolina with my 13 year old son. The guy that waited on me installed a phone mount so I was able to use GPS throughout the trip (a necessity). The bike I rented wasn't quite what they described - it was a 2010 (per writing on key chain) but when I reserved the bike, I was told that it must be 2012 or newer since they don't keep any bikes older than that.
