I lived here for a year and would not recommend it to anyone. The building is inefficient and the utility bills are unreasonably high. It’s dark inside with almost no natural light, and the heating, cooling, and plumbing are all unreliable. Management uses low-quality materials. They’ll fix simple issues, but anything difficult or costly gets ignored.
