Friendly, professional, helpful! My uncle needed a quick adjustment. Great place.
Yura, the receptionist was beyond terrible. Yura refused to help me. Yura said she is "just a receptionist" and was the only person working in the office, the only person working in the office all day, said she had customers at the desk and hung up. Yura did not understand, I took am a customer. I hope this message gets to the owner so Yura can receive some much needed coaching with her customer service skills. As of now, I recommended anyone reading this to utilize a different eye care clinic.
My experience with Dr Galbraith and his staff has always been exceptional. They are gracious, kind and helpful. They also have a selection of economical frames to choose from as well as the higher priced ones. The five stars are for Dr Galbraith and his staff. My most recent visit has been very disappointing and is directed at the lens maker, whoever that is. I needed a new prescription and Dr Galbraith did my eye exam, I chose some economical frames and also added glare reduction and transition on my progressive lenses. Whe... read more
