Yuri was very warm and welcoming - she saved the day and had my father's prescription glasses up and running, so that our vacation can continue merrily. They took excellent care of me. I called and was able to see the doctor right away, who was extremely kind, calm, efficient. Highly recommend!
Terribly disappointed after a recent visit. The new lenses made my vision WORSE and the front staff acted like it was my fault. I handed the lenses back and of course received no refund of the $200+ I paid out of my pocket.

Yura, the receptionist was beyond terrible. Yura refused to help me. Yura said she is "just a receptionist" and was the only person working in the office, the only person working in the office all day, said she had customers at the desk and hung up. Yura did not understand, I took am a customer. I hope this message gets to the owner so Yura can receive some much needed coaching with her customer service skills. As of now, I recommended anyone reading this to utilize a different eye care clinic.
