We’ve had such a great experience with Lisa as our property manager. She’s super kind, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. She keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure the property is well taken care of, and we never have to stress about things getting handled. It’s been such a relief having her in charge. I really appreciate everything she does and would absolutely recommend her!

As a contractor and resident of Eagle River realty, I can’t say enough good things about this company. Whenever you need to get ahold of them, they are there to respond quickly. Whenever I have an issue or want different options for rentals, they are there. Lisa is amazing to work with and the rest of the office is just as good. If you ever need to find a short or long term rental, or in the market to buy. Dont look any further!
Highly recommended - Lisa is great! We met her in 2018 as renters. When we bought our 2nd house in 2019, we used Lisa as our realtor. Later when we moved, we kept her as our property manager - and we couldn’t be happier. She and her team are very reliable and they use great judgment when caring for our home!
Lisa and her team are excellent! We were first referred to Lisa by a friend and we are happy we were. Eagle River Realty was great getting our home on the market, responding to our needs, and communicating every step of the way. Communication is always key and they succeed at it. Funny enough, we could not keep up with their efficiency when it came to us completing paperwork on our end - that’s how on it they are. They are great and I highly recommend them!
