Called to inquire about a potential rental we have that needs a lot of work. A gentleman returned my call and said he would look at it and call me back. Never called back. Called again intending to let them know we are having all work done so we can start property management services. Never got to tell them because again......no call back. This company was highly recommended by a neighbor, we had to let them know that apparently they are not the same company he remembers. Very disappointing.

I would love to leave no stars but it was not possible. My wife and I met with Cindy Wilson of Eagle River Homes Realty Group. We have used Realtors in buying existing homes but we wanted to discuss what her services would be in the building and buying of a new home. Seems reasonable, right? At the end of the meeting, we did not see a fit. Cindy Wilson is such an amazing realtor! She made home buying for the first time as smooth as one could ask. She represented and fought for us, the buyers, when things started looking bleak with our builder. In the end we got what we asked for thanks to Cindy! Great office staff, inviting, friendly, great at explaining the process and always an email or phone call away!
