The thoroughness and care that I experience at every visit is awesome. Dr. Grimm explains what he is seeing and will be doing. Marcia rocks as well as the other staff members. Their cutting edge technology is Proactive rather than reactive Let's fix the issue before it gets worse.
I enjoyed my visit to Eagle River today. All employees were super friendly, especially Jan. All were very helpful. I always look forward to my visits. Thanks Gang.
I had a fantastic first visit. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I received excellent dental hygiene care from Jan and Dr Grim was so thorough as he reviewed my xrays and performed the dental exam. Dr Grim performed an adjustment on one of my fillings to achieve an improved bite on one of my teeth. He was able able to do it that day rather than having to come back on a different day. I appreciated that so much. I am so glad I choose to start my dental care at Eagle River Dental.
As always I enjoy going to my dental office. They treat you like family!
I saw Marsha this morning at 8:00 a.m.for my 6 month cleaning. I asked her if she would be finished within the hour because I had a conference call scheduled for 9:00 a.m. She first asked if I needed to reschedule. I told her not if I could be out by 9:00. She took x-rays then contacted Dr. Grimm asking him to see me earlier than normal because of my prior commitment. She stopped while he examined me, then restarted immediately.
