Once again I had a pleasant experience with Eagle River! I walked in and was able to be treated and have a partial plate repaired within hours. Thank you Eagle River for service that goes above and beyond!

I just have to say that once again my experience with Dr. Krueger and his staff are the best a patient can hope for, as a long-term returning patient of some 20 odd years, I am NOT disappointed with the results once again. Everything is always done perfectly efficiently and above all courteously, I have referred many of my friends to Dr. Krueger and I've even refused insurance policies because they don't cover Dr. Krueger services.

I broke my front tooth off on a Saturday so I couldn't make an appt. I stopped by Monday morning to see if there was anything Dr. Grimm could do to help me because I was going out of town in a few days. I was treated very kindly by the receptionist and told they could work me in. Dr. Grimm was able to make a permanent bridge for me and I was out of the office by noon! I couldn't be more impressed with the responsiveness and professional care I received as a new patient with a dental emergency. Dr. Grimm knows his stuff, and his staff are upbeat, compassionate, and truly committed to providing the best care possible in a timely fashion! Together they worked miracles in my mouth, and I can't thank them enough.

Bad experiences have taught me to distrust dentists. Each time I was more anxious than the last. With Eagle River I have been able to do my suggested dental cleanings for the first time in 15 years! They work with me to sooth my fears without making a big fuss. That means so much! Shout out to super-hygienist Jan!! She seamlessly went through the motions while allowing me the space I needed to acclimate. Thank you!
