I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Catherine Heise, and her approach to psychiatry has far exceeded my expectations. Completely saved my life ! Dr Kat is amazing . She is patient, very kind , and the best listener. She took her time with my care plan by getting to know me first. She always has a back up plan ready of what we decide to try doesn’t work. When you leave her office you are at peace knowing you are in good hands . I have been going to Eagle River Behavioral Health almost a year and have never had better mental and physical health in my life . Highly recommend 10/10

Highly recommend Cat! If you are a military dependent looking for a bit of extra mental health care she is perfect. Availability is amazing, she listens to you, and was able to diagnose a condition my pcms missed. Overall I’m very appreciative to Cat because on base I would wait months to change my meds if they weren’t working, I couldn’t even talk to my pcm, but being able to see her I was able to get on the proper meds to help my mental health in a timely manner!
