Rented OG17 (54 Oak Glen) for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a disaster.. Unit was smelly and dirty. Spiders and bugs hanging from the ceiling and corners of the bathroom. Caked on food in the oven that burned/smelled as we attempted to warm up our dinner, Board games and cards just tossed about under the TV. Coffee spilled all over the counter, It was so bad that we ended up staying in our camper van in the parking space. And we paid $500 a NIGHT for this?? RecommendedWe had such a great time at Eagle Ridge. Accommodations were nice, we rented a villa. They picked us up and drove us everywhere. Woodlands lounge was perfect. We were there for the winter carnival and it was fun also. They put a lot of work into making everyone feel welcome. We used the Nordic Center which was also great! We will return!

RecommendedHad the chance to have dinner at The Woodlands last night. As always the food was phenomenal. The service was excellent ( Chris gets it right every time) and Jack the Manager always makes sure things are perfect. Both Jack and Chris are worth their weight in gold!

80 degrees in our room. Turned the thermostat to 50 degrees and temperature never went down. Worst night's sleep I have had in years.
