Memorial Day weekend 2018 we spent it here on a town house and wow it was beautiful, super cozy and away from everything, great stay and experience, will due again!
Loved the whole experience from booking our rental home to the seamless checkout. Customer service was excellent! The entire staff was courteous, sincerely friendly and extremely helpful. Our rental home was clean, updated and very quiet. The workout facilities are great. We had a chance to do yoga (you need more yoga at the resort!), ping-pong, pickle ball, biked and hiked the endless scenic trails, and even had time to take a paddle boat out on pristine Lake Galena. Our group of 5 ladies purchased the Girlfriends Spa Getaway package. We had been looking forward to our Spa Weekend for months, and Eagle Ridge did not disappoint!! From the moment we stepped into the building we felt welcomed, and the spa was FANTASTIC. We could not have asked for a nicer person to work with than Julie, who was extremely accommodating and patient with all of our questions. Super uncomfortable beds and pillows, lots of noise. Rooms weren’t very clean. Front desk staff was nice.
