After shopping around Coquitlam, Poco and Port Moody, I found that the best customer service was at Eagle Ridge GM. Danish, my sales rep. made the entire purchasing experience incredible. He was friendly, professional, never pushy, and truly took time to understand my needs. He was able to get me the best deal posible. Highly recommend Danish if you are looking for great car buying experience.
Refuses to honor extended warranty, rude and lazy service department. Horrible customer service
Garbage service, shitty mechanics, lazy and rude. They sell you a warranty and then refuse service. Be very careful of their fraudulent warranties.
Chris jette and his whole crew were top shelf . Class act service. I felt a real emotional connection, like he really care about me If there were more than 5 stars he would get them. He is the type of person you would let your geandma date.
Great service, but usually they also wash your car. I understand there are water restrictions but they can at least clean the inside.
