All I will say is this. The sales manager Ehsan Khoeeni Ha is a flat out liar and I would warn anyone about to purchase or lease a truck from this company to get everything in writing prior to signing. Bringing back my leased truck stating that it was over KM’s but before I pay the KM overage fee or decide to buy out, I would see what they would be willing to do. Avoid this dealership! Ehsan Khoeeni the manager in particular. He is not a man of his word and will just lie to get you in a vehicle. Find any other dealership and salesperson to work with.
We cannot recommend any services at Eagle Ridge Dealership. Their customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful, even when assistance is clearly within their ability. After they performed a battery recall on our vehicle, we were left with a costly and highly stressful situation. Despite multiple attempts to reach out—including an email inquiry and a letter we personally delivered to the dealership—we received no response or support from anyone, not even the Service Manager.
