Thank you to Brady, maintenance team, and everyone at the office for making Eagle Ridge such a great place to live! I only have good things to say about living here. Maintenance always comes quickly. The office employees are welcoming and ALWAYS answer the phone. Neighbors are kind, yet quiet. Sooo many parking spaces for yourself/guests. I’ve seen the “bad” reviews about seeing trash/dog poop, but in my experience, this has NOT been a problem. Our blinds wand broke on two of our blinds and Jim was so nice and changed them out to the new ones. He did a great job and is super friendly.
They do a great job presenting the front of the apartment complex and maintaining cleanliness for appearances. HOWEVER, if you simply walk behind the buildings you quickly realize that 1) There’s a LOT of dog poop and no trash cans for disposal at all behind the buildings (which is where most people walk their dogs). And 2) The grounds keeper/s doesn’t ever clean the property behind the buildings.
