The carpet in the bedrooms should be removed and replaced with a more practical and updated type of flooring. Rent continues to rise, yet the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, as well as the bathroom fixtures, remain outdated and could use significant updating. Overall, the property is nice and has potential, but the increasing cost of rent does not seem to reflect the current condition and value of the unit. The quality of the amenities and finishes should be improved to better justify the rental price.
I couldn’t ask for better service and accomodation! Brady, the ray of sunshine in the leasing agent office, is so extremely helpful. Everything was laid out from start to finish on my next steps and he always remains approachable and professional. The maintenance people are so quick to fix things and they keep the grounds manicured and beautiful. It feels so private and peaceful up on this mountain surrounded by woods, and not just rows of apartments. It is a great community and I feel blessed to be here.
I have been living here for over three years and love it!
Had a couple friends over to enjoy the pool yesterday and it was actually quite embarrassing. There is a putrid dead animal smell around the pool area and the water was filthy. It’s a beautiful pool but it certainly is not being cleaned as regularly as advertised.
