Eagle Quick Lube on Washington Street in Kaufman. It's obvious that the owner of this business does care about reviews or they would have done something about the terrible customer service by now. I had to work so my wife took our 2016 Ford F150 here for an oil change. I assure you I wish Walmart was open. She waited an hour before the work began and then another half hour to complete the work. REALLY, A FREAKING HOUR AND A HALF FOR AN OIL CHANGE!?!?!?!?! I would rate this a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service. Workers do not know what they are doing and how to do inspect vehicles. Definitely go somewhere else and don’t waste your time.
Faulty equipment, do not recommend.
